This is the Islamo-Woke Face of Evil
The Ted Talk That Proves the Woke Islamic Revolution has Begun
We’ve replaced controversial books by white male authors, such as Of Mice and Men and The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, with pieces of literature that celebrate a diverse array of authors and themes.
These are the gloating words of a Muslim woman affiliated with a Nottingham high school in a Ted Talk. Heed them well. They mark the beginning of the Islamic Revolution.
Garbed in repressive head gear lest she distract horny Muslim men, she holds herself up as a beacon of progressivism while espousing Jew hate from the world-acclaimed stage of Ted.
It is up for debate whether this ignorant woman - absurdly responsible for the future of children’s education - believes the writer of Of Mice and Men, John Steinbeck, is Jewish. The selection, however, of The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas as her second verbotenes Buch is quite frankly stunning as an example of her so-called progressive move away from “European” literature.
Ironically, the Google preview for her suggested replacement - The Bone Sparrow - states that it is “perfect for fans of The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas”. So the only real difference is that - rather than dealing with the tragedy of a young Jewish boy in a concentration camp, her text hones in on the plight of a Muslim Rohingya child.
I don’t value the literary worthiness of one over the other. I’m sure they are both fine books. Nor do I care deeply for the suffering of one child over another based on ethnicity.
The problem is that she clearly does.
BANALITY OF EVIL
When I called hers “the face of evil” on X, another user suggested this was hyperbole. This misunderstands the nature of evil. It is simply not - nor has it ever been - a “mwahaha” smiling villain but what Hannah Arendt coined “the banality of evil”.
Her city of Nottingham has a population of 350,000, only 600 of whom are Jewish compared to 40,000 Muslims. Once again, the Jews find themselves in a numbers game they cannot win. Whenever I am in an Uber or taxi driven by a Muslim, I make a point of asking their views on Jews. You’d be amazed (perhaps you wouldn’t):
“They eat the blood of babies.”
“They secretly run the world.”
“They’re all paedophiles.”
Just imagine what this woman on stage - and thousands of other Muslims and non-Muslims in Nottingham and the rest of the world - have heard about the Jews. It is no wonder then that she feels vindicated in standing up in front of an audience of intellectuals and advocating for the de-Jewification of the syllabus and the permanent eradication of Jewry from her backward hierarchy of oppression.
WOKE IDENTITY
Last week, I talked about the arbitrary nature of sacred themes at the How the Light Gets In festival. I made the point that every generation in history has believed insane things (from wandering wombs and fairies to the acceptance of the Casting Couch and the segregation of black people) that helped them feel good about the evil they were promulgating.
Time was that religious words such as hell and damn were the “triggering” sacred words. As religion was replaced by a focus on the self and the body, fuck and shit took their place. Then, we decided that identity was the new sacrosanct concept. The words you can’t say today are the f-word for gay people, the n-word for black people and so on.
Like religion and the body, holy identity, too, shall pass. I thought I made my point clear, but the Q&A was hostile. One woman spat: “You mention all those times in history where they were wrong, but this is different because we want EQUALITY and DIVERSITY!” I suppose it is easy to imagine that everyone else got it wrong and that we’re the first to be right.
As with my own, I imagine the obliging audience at the Muslim woman’s Ted Talk was replete with card-carrying members of the identity cult: wokeness incarnate. Only something as all-encompassing as ideology can make otherwise intelligent people clap along in progressive unity to the anti-Semitic beats of a woman wrapped in the patriarchal robes of a Right-Wing totalitarian religion.
As ever, there is far more at stake than the Jews. They make up a tiny percentage of the world. They still haven’t recovered our pre-WW2 population. Back then, the Jews were the canary in a coal mine that - had the Allies lost the war - would have meant the destruction of liberal values for all of us. Democracy and individual liberty would have been a minor blip in the history of mankind.
Today, the Jews are once again a litmus test in the wokification and Islamification of the UK. But let’s take a leaf out of our Muslim speaker’s book and exclude the Jews for a moment. What happened in Iran and Lebanon was not primarily about them.
Still, the Left teamed up with political Islam to take over the country. As with the frog and the scorpion, the Islamists immediately killed all the Leftists upon taking power.
As our speaker makes clear, this is about ridding our education system - depriving our children - of grounded literature that teaches us about our past and our culture in favour of works that focus on far-flung stories that champion magical thinking and condemn Western values.
ISLAMISM IN THE ALCHEMIST
Her second choice for children is The Alchemist. It is one of the most-read books of all time and touches on themes of spirituality and personal legend that have helped and entertained countless readers.
What goes unsaid is that it glorifies and dignifies Islam and Allah. It is also a badly written book that props up the postmodern nonsense that reality is what you make of it…a perfect manifesto to brainwash children into accepting that exoticism = good, while Europeans = bad.
The Alchemist is the antithesis of Steinbeck, who dealt with poverty, real life, and the complex nature of the American dream.
We haven’t even touched on the most frightening part:
